Shipping

All of our products are shipped using US Postal Service Priority Mail. Shipping usually takes 3 to 5 days AFTER your order is complete.

Returns / Refunds

ANY item may be returned within 30 days for a FULL refund of the product price less the original shipping. Refunds will be made within 10 days of reciept of the merchandise by Jelsma Graphics.

Lead Time for Making Your Order

YOUR items are custom embroidered after you order your merchandise. You ARE NOT ordering off the rack items. Typically it takes 30 to 45 days to produce your custom order. Please be patient.
